Great product for menopause

I have been using Fem balance for a couple of years now and it has really helped me through the process of menopause. I started out taking 4 capsules a day now I take 2 to 3 at night before bed. It has helped get rid of hot flashes and has helped me sleep. I am very Thankful for this product, especially since I want to take only natural supplements and no hormones. I highly recommend Fem balance for anyone having a rough time going through menopause.
