This has been a real life saver. After having been over medicated for Upper respiratory infection, then getting C-Diff the strength I needed to make my way back to health was important to me! This was recommend by my doctor, helps when you are around babies with colds, and out in public to fight off germs as well. At least that is what I feel got me through. I like the packets, ion Probiotix maxDF, as well. I take with orange juice, in the morning. Worth the effort, it takes. I let it sit for a short while to dissolve completely too! Thanks for a great product!
